When your Dr has written your script, the following needs to be carried out:

Fax through the script on our free fax number: 1800 66 33 63
Telephone us to confirm the arrival of the fax and confirm all details ie. name, address, delivery address, cost and payment arrangements.
By Law, we then require you to post the original script to our Pharmacy after you have faxed it through. Please attach a note saying it is for our records only.
Payment can be made with credit card, cheque or cash. Of course with payment by cheque, we will only post goods out on receiving the actual cheque.
Personal shoppers are always welcome especially when cash is preferred method of payment. Remember to fax and phone us before coming to pick up your goods. This will avoid disappointment and give our Technicians time to prepare the prescription.

Note: The label on your dispensed prescription will state the number of repeats remaining. If it shows nil repeat, you will need to contact your Dr to make arrangements for your new script. You then need to forward it to us in time for your next order. Please allow 48 hrs for the making up and delivery of your prescription. Delivery is by Express Post at a cost of $6.00.

For Security reasons, we are unable to accept prescriptions and payment with Credit Cards via the Internet as we do not have a secure transaction environment for commerce at this stage.
