FILLING YOUR PRESCRIPTION

When your Doctor has written your script, the following needs to be carried out:

Fax through the script on our free fax number: (+61) 1800 66 33 63

Telephone us to confirm the arrival of the fax and confirm all details ie. name, address, pick-up time or delivery address, cost and payment arrangements.

As required by the regulatory authority, we then require you to post the original script to our Pharmacy after you have faxed it through.  Please attach a note saying it is for our records only. Alternatively if you are picking up your medication, please bring along the original prescription to the pharmacy when collecting your medication.

Payment can be made with credit card, cheque or cash.  Of course with payment by cheque or IBT (Internet Banking Transfer), we will only post goods out on receiving the actual payment so please allow up to 3 days for this transaction.

Note: The label on your dispensed prescription will state the number of repeats remaining. If it shows nil repeat, you will need to contact your Dr to make arrangements for your new script. You then need to forward it to us in time for your next order. Please allow 48 hrs for the making up and delivery of your prescription.  Delivery is by Express Post at a cost of $6.00.
